Our mission is to create a program that any person can follow. We listen to our clients. Listening to what the client's goals are helps Marie the trainer to create this great program.  

  • You will receive 2-3 new workouts every week that incorporate strength, cardio, low and high resistance exercises, that are 10-30 minutes each
  • You will learn how to meal prep
  • You will see results, physically and mentally
  • You will have the opportunity to get one-on-one coaching with Marie.
  • You will set ideal and realistic goals to help you manage your time better to achieve your goals

Having a Virtual Trainer

Accountability is essential in your journey to building  a healthy lifestyle. In this environment, you are more than responsible for your actions. You are holding every other participant accountable to showing up every week and MINDING THEIR FITNESS. You are also receiving a one-on-one coaching call with Marie during this 4-weeks. 

This is not a drill, this is not you doing the work by yourself. Marie vows to be present every step of the way, as long as you show up.

If this is your first time, this is for you. If it has been a while since you have been in a workout routine, this is for you. If you aren't sure how to get started, this is for you. There is no pressure to this program, Marie simply wants to make you part of the movement. Come on and lets have some fun!
