  Accountability is essential in your journey to building towards a healthy lifestyle. With group training sessions we can pair or group with individual (s) with similar goals along with friends and family. 

Knowledgeable Training Expertise

  Keisha Marie "The Trainer" Brooks is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She holds an undergrad degree in Criminal Justice, and is CPR/AED certified. Marie has studied in depth the different aspects of the fitness industry for the last eight years. Along with strength and aerobic training, Marie is knowledgeable in Yoga and Pilates. She also has understanding of current nutritional diets such as Vegetarian (which she is), and the 4-hour body which she has studied and practiced. When it comes to discipline and accountability Marie The Trainer is the Lady.

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.  

Workout on your terms. You create the environment, while I bring you the tools you need to succeed with some SWEAT EQUITY. All you need is 10-30 minutes. Our online 4 week movement is designed for the person that is on the go and created for the beginner to the expert.​
